The monitor features a robust, rubber-coated weatherproof polymer housing that will stand up to the typical abuse in an industrial environment. Monitor is maintenance free and can be easily operated using two buttons. Its small size makes it comfortable and easy to wear all day on a belt, breast pocket, or lapel. A loud audible alarm, two bright visual alarms, and strong vibrating alarm alert you to hazardous concentrations of gas. The Pac 3000 only shows gas formula until the measured value exceeds alarm set point. The Pac 5000 will continuously display gas concentrations, and is equipped with an event logger which will store up to 60 alarm activations or other events.
